Main building, main floor :
Villa of about 110m² for 7/8 persons (built in 2009/2010) located in Verghja – Southern Corsica, the nearest beach is only 15 meters (45 feet) away and close to the main beach of the area, well known as “Plage d’argent” or Mare & Sole.
The villa consists of a main room including open kitchen with stove, dishwashing machine, microwave, coffee brewing machine, TV and Wi-Fi connection. This room includes further a folding double bed for 2 persons
(160 x 190).
The living room and kitchen opens to a covered terrace of 13 m² with view over the see.
In the adjacent storage room you will find a fridge with freezer, vacuum cleaner, iron board and washing machine, storage space.
On the same floor you will find a bedroom with queen size bed 160 x 190 and storage space as well as a bathroom with shower and separate toilet.

First Floor :
- Junior Suite of approx. 28 m² with wooden ceiling and with queen size bed 2 Persons 140 x 190, and an additional couch-bed (120 x 190) for 1 Person, storage space.
- Privat bathroom with WC
The junior Suite opens to a Terrace and little balkony with beautiful panoramic view over the Golf of Ajaccio.
Adjacent to the main building there is a studio of about 25 m² consisting of
- Main room with folding bed for 2 Persons 140 x 190, and wooden mezzanine with bed of 90 x 190 for 1 Person, storage space.
- Separate bathroom with WC

Bed cloth is included in the rental :
A deposit (caution) of 25 % of the total amount will be levied at the handover of the keys and returned after a control of the state of the property less eventual costs for damages identified.
Terms of payment of the rental :
Rent and security deposit (25% of total rent) will be paid before arrival or 1 month before the start of the lease; payable by bank transfer.
A housekeeping package of 70 Euro and a local tax of 1 euro per day per person will be added to the rental fee.
A local real estate agency will ensure the delivery of the keys and will be monitoring the services.
Tenants will be required to submit a certificate of insurance stating that their home insurance covers as well holiday homes.

• Der Wohnraum öffnet auf eine überdachte Terrasse von ca. 13m², ausgestattet mit Gartentisch und Stühlen. Schöner Blick auf das Meer.
• Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über eine Schlafcouch für 2 Personen 160 x 190 und mit Stauraum.
• Badezimmer mit Dusche
• Separate Toilette

Erster Stock

• Schlafappartement von ca. 28 m² mit sichtbaren Holz-Dachbalken mit Schlafcouch für 2 Personen 160 x 190, großem Stauraum und mit zusätzlichem Klapp-Bett 120 x 190) für 1 Person.

• Das Schlafappartement öffnet auf eine Terrasse und kleinem Balkon mit Panoramablick über den Golf von Ajaccio.

Im Erdgeschoß (angeschlossen an das Haupthaus) gibt es noch ein Studio von ca. 25 m²

• Wohn-Schlafzimmer mit Klapp-Bett für 2 Personen 140 x 190, und Holz-Stock-Schlafcouch 90 x 190 für 1 Person, Stauraum sowie TV.
• Badezimmer mit WC

In der Nähe befinden sich mehrere Restaurants und Strandrestaurants (Plage d’Argent – Silberstrand), zahlreiche Wassersportangebote sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten

Die Bettwäsche ist im Mietpreis enthalten.

Eine Kaution von 25 % des Mietpreises wird bei der Übergabe der Schlüssel einbehalten und bei Abreise nach Kontrolle des Appartements minus eventueller Schäden zurückbezahlt.

Zahlungs-Bedingungen:

• Miete und Kaution müssen spätestens 1 Monat vor Anreise bezahlt werden. Zahlung ausnahmslos per Überweisung.
• Eine Reinigungspauschale von 70 Euro wird dem Preis der Miete hinzugefügt.
